Yaamini is a passionate security professional and currently works for Dell Technologies as a Vulnerability Response Champion. With a Master's degree in cybersecurity from Johns Hopkins University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
Throughout her academic journey at Johns Hopkins University, Yaamini's remarkable achievements were duly recognized with prestigious accolades, including the RSA Security Scholar, WiCyS Conference Student Scholar, and Black Hat Student Scholar awards.
Yaamini's impact extends beyond her professional role; she is deeply involved in cybersecurity communities and conferences, where she actively networks with fellow professionals. Currently serving as the Vice President of Women In Cybersecurity, Austin. She also serves as an Event Organizer volunteer for Women In Cybersecurity, Colors of Inclusion chapter and as a Lead Events and Program Volunteer for Secure Diversity. In these roles, Yaamini devotes her time to organizing events and delivering talks aimed at promoting cybersecurity and fostering diversity within the field.
Her primary focus is on advocating for gender equality in cybersecurity, recognizing the need for greater representation of women in the industry.
